Additional facilities in the Central District Hospital (CDH)

In 2018, the NGO "Jurat" was responsive to the request of the doctors of the intensive care unit of the CDH of the Rushan district to build additional facilities for staff and reception for visitors. This request was confirmed by the fact that in the intensive care unit the capacity to improve the quality of treatment of patients was limited. In addition, visitors, relatives and friends of patients often had to stand for long hours in the courtyard of the department, both in the hot and cold weather.

Volunteers with the necessary skills in carpentry, painting, and roofing were involved in the construction of the facility from such villages as, Vamd, Derzud-Barzud, Vamar, Shuchand, and Emc. In a short time, the masonry and plaster walls were finished. Finishing and installation works, roof covering were also completed in a timely manner.

The constructed buildings are equipped with furniture, dishes, TV, books.

At the ceremony of commissioning of the constructed buildings, the chairman of the district thanked the administration of the NGO "Jurat", builders, volunteers, local entrepreneurs for their productive participation in solving social issues in the district.
